However, the effectiveness of therapy can vary depending on the individual and their specific needs.

3 / How long does therapy take?

The length of therapy varies depending on the individual and their specific needs. Some people may only need a few sessions, while others may benefit from long-term therapy. It's important to work with a therapist to determine the best course of treatment for your unique situation.

4 / What will we discuss in therapy?

During therapy sessions, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and actions to gain insight into the difficulties you are facing and to develop effective coping mechanisms and strategies for personal growth. Together, we will identify your objectives and create a plan to achieve them.

5 / Is therapy confidential?

Yes, therapy is confidential. It is important for clients to feel safe and comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings with their, and confidentiality is a key component of building that trust. However, there are some exceptions to confidentiality, such as if the therapist believes the client is a danger to themselves or others.

6 / How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?

Choosing the right therapist can be a daunting task, but it's important to find someone who you feel comfortable with and who can help you achieve your goals. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets their unique needs. 7 / How much does therapy cost?

I charge 65 euro per each 45-60 minute session.

8 / Do you accept insurance?

I currently am not working with any insurance companies, but if you would like to see if my services can be reimbursed, I can provide you with any information you need.

9 / What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, I ask that you do it at least 24 hours before our appointment. A full session fee will be charged if the session is cancelled with less notice.

10 / Do you offer online therapy?

I do offer online sessions whenever you request one.

11 / What is your therapeutic approach?

I believe in a person-centered approach that is trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ friendly. I offer talk therapy and creative therapy options to help people explore their emotions and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to empower individuals to heal and grow at their own pace, while providing them with the tools and resources they need to achieve their goals.

12 / What should I expect at my first appointment?

During first session, we will get to know each other and discuss why you are interested in therapy and the goals want to accomplish. I will ask you about your personal background, present situation, and any symptoms or concerns you may be experiencing. I will also tell you a bit more about my therapeutic approach and answer any questions you may have about the process.

13 / I don't have a diagnosis, can I still come to therapy?

Yes, you can still come to therapy even if you don't have a diagnosis. Therapy can help with a variety of issues, including stress, relationship problems, and personal growth. We will work together to identify your goals and develop a plan that meets your needs.

14 / What if I feel uncomfortable talking about certain things?

Feeling uncomfortable talking about certain things in therapy is completely normal. It's important to remember that therapy is a safe space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without judgment. However, it can take time to build trust and feel comfortable opening up about sensitive topics. It's okay to take things at your own pace and discuss any concerns or boundaries with me.

15 / Is medication an option?

I am not qualified to recommend, advise, or provide any medication of any kind. I recommend first contacting a GP about medication.
